Yesterday, I visited my mom’s friend who is under a severe depression because her son was committed suicide…

It’s a painful visit even with my cheerful Grandma coming along…

Our family have been good friends with hers since before I was even born…

The changes I saw in her really scared my heart deeply…

I am not a mother yet but I think all women could feel the pain she has in her heart…

She feels guilty, she feels empty, she feels to be treated unfair, she feels that the whole world’s judging her…

She hides herself for months inside her room…

She never does what she used to do anymore…

She abandons everyone, ignore everyone, and refused to talk to anyone…

She sheds her tears for every single day…

What should I do to help her out?

I feel useless 😦
